Senior Director of Communications

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide communications initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Communications will develop and implement internal and leadership communication strategies, partner with executive leaders, and manage organizational change communications in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead internal and leadership communications strategies to align with business goals
• Partner with executive leadership to draft high-impact communications and prepare leaders for key messaging moments
• Manage communication planning for organizational changes and ensure clarity in messaging across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications or a related field
• Proven experience supporting senior executives and drafting polished communications
• Strong business judgment and ability to handle sensitive communications professionally
• Experience in developing communication plans for organizational change or high-visibility initiatives
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and AI-enabled tools for communication efficiency
