Senior Director of Communications

Job Summary

Leading the measurement and insights for Global Communications, the full-time Senior Director of Communications will manage data analytics, AI capabilities, and team development to inform strategic communications and enhance audience engagement, based in Indianapolis or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern measurement strategies and reporting standards for Global Communications
• Build scalable dashboards and data systems to provide actionable intelligence for strategy and performance measurement
• Lead the reputation and trust measurement program, tracking stakeholder trust and emerging trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, or Business Analytics
• 10+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or business intelligence with a focus on data analytics
• Experience with AI tools and platforms for data analysis and trend forecasting
• Proven track record of designing advanced measurement programs linking communications to business outcomes
• Experience in managing third-party research providers and analytics vendors
