Senior Director of Community Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Community Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership relationships to increase placements for BridgeUSA programs
• Lead initiatives to strengthen community partnerships and support program growth
• Create and manage community events to enhance CIEE's presence and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in program leadership, ideally in sales and account management
• Previous experience and knowledge of J1 Visa
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Flexibility and interest in a dynamic, team-oriented working environment
