Senior Director of Community Programs

Job Summary

Leading the national strategy for the Care and Support portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Community Programs will manage interdisciplinary teams and external partners to develop and implement evidence-based programs and services for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the design, evaluation, implementation, and scaling of education and support services within the Association's care and support programs
• Oversee the operations and strategic growth of the Association's digital care and support ecosystem
• Act as a national subject matter expert and spokesperson, representing the Association with various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in psychology, public health, or a related field
• 7-10 years in a senior leadership role
• 3-5 years of experience in product development
• 7-10 years of relationship management experience
• 7-10 years of supervisory experience
