Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of compensation programs
  • Oversee the development and management of complex projects
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader for major compensation programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 4+ years of compensation program design experience
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • 4+ years of project management experience (preferred)
