Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Compensation and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage staff involved in benefits and compensation, fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Evaluate and enhance benefit programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness while managing renewals and open enrollment
  • Direct the effectiveness of compensation programs, conducting market analyses and advising senior management on budget and strategy


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of HR management experience, specifically in compensation and benefits
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred
  • Proven experience working with benefit programs and managing teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and HRIS systems
