Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Compensation and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff involved in benefits and compensation, fostering a collaborative team culture
- Evaluate and enhance benefit programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness while managing renewals and open enrollment
- Direct the effectiveness of compensation programs, conducting market analyses and advising senior management on budget and strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR management experience, specifically in compensation and benefits
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred
- Proven experience working with benefit programs and managing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and HRIS systems
