Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of compensation and benefits programs, the full-time Senior Director of Compensation will work remotely to design and govern competitive compensation frameworks, align rewards with business objectives, and partner with senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and administration of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and governance requirements
- Develop and strengthen the company's compensation philosophy, incentive plans, and employee benefits strategy as part of a cohesive Total Rewards framework
- Partner with executive leadership on executive compensation matters, including short-term and long-term incentive plans and related governance processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
- At least 10 years of progressive compensation and benefits experience, with expertise in executive compensation and incentive plan design
- Public company experience, including preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to model compensation scenarios and assess cost implications
- Experience developing compensation infrastructure, including compensation philosophy and market benchmarking
