Senior Director of Compliance

Job Summary

Owning the compliance program for a multi-state telehealth company, the full-time Senior Director of Compliance will manage regulatory readiness and oversee policy governance, privacy programs, and team leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain an effective compliance program, ensuring adherence to OIG elements and serving as the designated compliance officer
• Oversee policy lifecycle management and maintain governance frameworks mapped to various regulatory controls including OIG, FDA, GDPR, and CMS
• Lead investigations and screening programs, ensuring compliance training and cultural integration across the organization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or health law with program ownership
• Deep knowledge of the OIG Seven Elements framework and ownership of HIPAA Privacy and Security programs
• Experience with FDA regulations related to devices, SaMD, or digital health
• Familiarity with telehealth regulatory landscape and multi-state practice authority
• Preferred compliance credentials such as CHC, CHPC, or CCEP
