Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Director of Compliance Policy will establish global compliance policy governance, oversee compliance education and culture initiatives, and manage enterprise non-GxP policy administration while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance and continuous enhancement of the global compliance policy framework
- Develop and execute the global Compliance & Ethics education and communications strategy
- Oversee the administrative management and lifecycle governance of non-GxP policy documents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., JD, MBA)
- 10-12 years of experience in Compliance, Ethics, Legal, or related fields
- People leadership experience in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience in designing and enhancing compliance programs
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare preferred
