Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to the Consultant Relations team, setting direction and goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align consultant engagement strategy with market needs
• Define and execute a consultant engagement model to drive partner activation and market visibility

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in customer-facing roles
• Established relationships with key consulting firms and thought leaders
• Experience managing multi-year contract relationships
• Proven track record in complex negotiations for long-term relationship management
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
