Senior Director of Consulting

Job Summary

To build and develop high-performing Operator Consulting teams, the remote Senior Director of Consulting will have full accountability for the maturation of the Operator Consulting Organization in the Americas, focusing on commercial strategy and transformation while driving client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a unified global culture of high-performing talent and define functional methodologies
• Lead the hiring, mentoring, and development of teams while ensuring quality outputs and adherence to corporate standards
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive Operator Consulting pipelines and deliver strategic advice to clients at a senior level

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting organizations, systems integrators, or CX BPO organizations
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, project management, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in people management, coaching, and building high-performance teams
• Strong sales experience with a track record of consulting at an enterprise level and closing deals
• Demonstrated ability to drive change management and lead complex, cross-functional programs
