Job Summary
To drive sales growth within a specific geographic territory, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Consulting Sales will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of sales leaders, and oversee day-to-day operations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team operations, including staffing, work allocation, and performance management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet goals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of technology sales experience in progressive roles
- Experience supervising individual sales representatives

- Familiarity with public sector, higher education, and commercial sales environments
