Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to develop a team of Product Managers

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle and communicate progress and performance to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in fintech or high-growth consumer tech
• Proven track record of managing complex customer journeys and consolidating product streams
• Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing Product Managers
• Strong background in using data and performance metrics for rapid iterations
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
