Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Consumer Product to lead the development of its Home Care experience for families.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the consumer product vision and long-term strategy for the Home Care business
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritize initiatives for meaningful business outcomes
• Lead and mentor a product team while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment and shared ownership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital consumer experiences
• Experience leveraging analytics and user research to guide product decisions
• Strong track record of delivering business results through collaboration and disciplined execution
• Experience in marketplaces, consumer health, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
