Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and oversight, the full-time Senior Director of Contracting will manage provider contracting and network development initiatives remotely, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the evaluation, negotiation, and management of product-specific contracts and amendments with health plan vendors
- Develop strategies for creating new networks in collaboration with business development and providers to meet access and cost objectives
- Lead network development specialists during implementation stages while monitoring performance and addressing process gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in contracting or healthcare operations
- Experience in establishing new markets, including strategy development and implementation oversight
