Senior Director of Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Contracts and Pricing to lead pricing strategy and contract management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of contract professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with teams to develop pricing strategies and conduct financial modeling for decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracts, Pricing, and/or Program Finance
• Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA, and certified cost and pricing data procedures
• Experience with Software Development, Cybersecurity, and Intel Community contracts preferred
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment
