Senior Director of Corporate Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Development to lead M&A initiatives and drive long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment by partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to shape and execute inorganic growth strategies
• Own the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing, target engagement, financial modeling, negotiation, and due diligence
• Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence and partner with the M&A integration team for successful post-close execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a transactional role focused on deal execution
• Background in M&A or Corporate Development within high-growth or enterprise technology companies
• Experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or private equity is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to cultivate and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and business case development skills
