Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic transactions, coordinating diligence across various departments
• Serve as a liaison with external advisors during transaction execution
• Build and review valuation models and support internal governance processes related to deal approval

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic finance, particularly in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
• Experience in leading complex strategic transactions, including M&A and divestitures
• Strong financial and valuation skills with excellent project management capabilities
• Scientific and analytical fluency to understand technical product information and R&D data
