Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Development to support strategic growth initiatives through mergers & acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and strategic investment opportunities across the full transaction lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential transactions and maintain an active pipeline of M&A opportunities
• Conduct strategic analysis and market research to support long-term growth opportunities and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy
• Demonstrated experience executing complex M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
