Job Summary
To advance Oscar's inorganic growth agenda, the full-time remote Senior Director of Corporate Development will manage end-to-end corporate development execution, including M&A, investments, and strategic partnerships, while leading financial analysis and integration planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
- Partner with operators to define integration plans and ensure transactions meet strategic objectives
- Develop and manage a sourcing strategy that translates enterprise priorities into actionable M&A opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in analytical financial roles with significant leadership responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in financial modeling within a corporate development context
- 8+ years of corporate development experience, including M&A financial modeling and negotiation
- 7+ years of experience presenting and collaborating at the executive level
