Senior Director of Corporate Development
Job Summary
To drive Oscar's inorganic growth agenda, the full-time remote Senior Director of Corporate Development will manage end-to-end execution of M&A, investments, and strategic partnerships, while leading financial analysis and market mapping efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, including target sourcing and negotiation
- Partner with operators to define integration plans and ensure transactions meet strategic and financial objectives
- Develop a thesis-driven sourcing strategy to translate enterprise priorities into actionable M&A and investment opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in analytical financial roles with significant leadership responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, including M&A financial modeling and valuation
- 7+ years of experience collaborating and presenting at the executive level, including interactions with C-suite and Board members
- Expert financial modeling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
