Senior Director of Corporate Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise strategy for a high-growth biopharma company, the full-time Senior Director of Corporate Strategy will develop and execute strategic planning, define growth strategies, and guide senior decision-making while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual strategic planning and long-range enterprise strategy in partnership with the Executive Team
• Define and refine the enterprise growth strategy, evaluating strategic priorities and business expansion opportunities
• Build a robust understanding of industry dynamics and lead competitive intelligence efforts to inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in corporate strategy or related roles within biotech, pharma, or life sciences
• Significant experience in developing and leading strategic plans in complex organizations
• Strong financial and strategic acumen with the ability to evaluate growth opportunities
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop analytical frameworks
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred; additional scientific or healthcare-related training is a plus
