A company is looking for a Senior Director, Cost Estimating, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of cost estimating strategies and methodologies for large-scale capital projects
• Prepare and oversee various levels of cost estimates and establish cost benchmarking frameworks
• Mentor and develop a team of cost estimating professionals while collaborating with project management and controls teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in construction cost estimating, cost management, or capital project advisory
• Deep expertise in cost estimating methodologies across multiple project phases
• Extensive knowledge of construction cost drivers and capital program cost management principles
• Experience estimating large-scale capital construction projects
