Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Credentialing (Remote in U.S.).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of credentialing and certificate programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and program integrity
• Oversee a team of up to 10 employees, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure all credentialing programs meet accreditation standards and manage the Credential Maintenance Program (CMP)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in credentialing, professional certification, or related field
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex programs or projects
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
• Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver on timelines
• PMP or related project management certification preferred
