Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Credit Risk to build and lead its global credit risk function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's credit risk management strategy across clients, banking partners, and vendors
• Lead the credit risk assessment process for banking partners and vendors, ensuring financial health and operational performance evaluation
• Build and manage a high-performing Credit Risk team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Credit Risk and Corporate Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of credit risk management and financial statement analysis
• Expertise in building and running complex financial models
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial institutions is preferred
• Track record of managing credit exposure across various relationships
