Job Summary

Driving credit risk management strategies, the full-time Senior Director of Credit Risk Analytics will oversee credit underwriting, pricing, and verification strategies for the Personal Loan business, leveraging data and ML/AI models to enhance performance while collaborating across various departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize credit, pricing, and verification strategies to improve credit and fraud performance using advanced analytics
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and the Credit Risk Committee
• Ensure credit losses remain within the company's defined risk appetite through effective forecasting and stress testing

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 12+ years of experience managing credit risk in the Credit Card or Personal Loan sectors
• 7+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and inspire teams
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex analyses to various stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
