Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Education and Adoption (Services & Product).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Customer Education and Adoption aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the development and delivery of innovative educational programs to enhance customer knowledge and proficiency
  • Design and execute change management frameworks to support customers in navigating organizational changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Change Management, or similar
  • 10+ years of experience in customer education, adoption, enablement, or professional services within enterprise software/SaaS
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large, cross-functional and global teams
  • Proven experience leading an education product development function, including digital subscriptions and training
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
