Job Summary
Seeking a transformational Senior Director of Customer Engagement, the full-time position will manage the post-sales organization across the Americas, overseeing customer success, professional services, and support services while driving AI adoption and customer outcomes in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own customer retention and revenue growth metrics, driving proactive risk management and expansion strategies
- Oversee the delivery and performance of professional services, ensuring alignment with revenue and margin targets
- Lead a high-performing support organization focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in post-sales leadership with experience managing multi-functional teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Proven track record of owning customer retention, satisfaction, and services revenue simultaneously
- Experience with transitions to consumption-based revenue models and driving AI adoption programs
- Ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams effectively
- Relevant Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced work experience is acceptable
