Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Senior Director of Customer Marketing opportunity focused on building and managing a comprehensive customer marketing program that encompasses advocacy, community, and lifecycle marketing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and oversee customer advocacy and reference programs, including recruitment and management of customer champions
  • Launch and grow a branded customer community to enhance engagement and feedback integration into product development
  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer onboarding, adoption, and retention in collaboration with Customer Success and RevOps
Required qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on customer marketing, advocacy, or community programs in high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS environments
  • Proven experience in building and scaling advocacy and community programs from the ground up
  • Experience in establishing and managing executive programs such as Customer Advisory Boards
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong ability to connect marketing initiatives to retention and revenue outcomes through data-driven storytelling
