Job Summary

Leading the management of end-to-end revenue cycle engagement, the full-time Senior Director of Customer Partnerships will oversee staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance client relationships while focusing on operational performance and strategic development in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day leadership of revenue cycle operations and manage staff performance
  • Communicate revenue cycle performance metrics and collaborate with client executives to address their needs
  • Identify and implement projects to improve operational performance and align objectives across teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in a management role
  • Proven track record in revenue cycle management and client relationship management
  • Experience in strategy development and operational performance improvement
  • Ability to act as a change agent and foster collaboration across organizations
