Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success managing large, distributed customer service teams
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve customer outcomes
  • Deep understanding of customer service technologies, including CRM and omnichannel support platforms
