Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Director to lead and expand strategic partnerships with life sciences clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Executive Sponsor for strategic life sciences accounts and drive account growth strategy
- Provide executive oversight across commercial operations, including sales force design and territory strategies
- Lead incentive compensation strategy and ensure alignment with brand strategy and market dynamics
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of leadership experience in life sciences commercial operations or consulting
- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device commercial models
- Proven experience in managing executive client relationships and expanding revenue
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
