  • Manage, mentor, and support Customer Success Managers
  • Develop long-term relationships with key customers and optimize processes for client support

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years leading a Customer Success team at a SaaS company
  • Experience scaling a team and managing managers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills, and ability to create processes
  • Experience with high-touch and low-touch onboarding/activation
  • Excitement for remote work and clarity in ambiguous situations
