Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of leadership and management experience in a customer success or support role
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives
  • Experience in driving customer retention and expansion sales
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
  • Experience in building and scaling Customer Success teams preferred
