Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact on all client-related items, overseeing onboarding and campaign performance reviews
  • Own campaign performance, identify upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot delivery or pacing issues
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to transition strategy and provide proactive communication and optimization recommendations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of related experience in digital media or programmatic advertising
  • Experience with client service and campaign management for digital media accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build trusted client relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
