Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact on all client-related items, overseeing onboarding and campaign performance reviews
- Own campaign performance, identify upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot delivery or pacing issues
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to transition strategy and provide proactive communication and optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience in digital media or programmatic advertising
- Experience with client service and campaign management for digital media accounts
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build trusted client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
