Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish operational objectives and frameworks for the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to enhance team performance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and account management strategies
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive customer success initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or key account management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in developing and executing customer-centric strategies
  • Strong team management experience with a focus on coaching and conflict resolution
  • Experience with customer success tools, such as Gainsight
  • Relevant degree or certifications; a Master's Degree is preferred
