Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish operational objectives and frameworks for the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and develop customer-centric account plans
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote value delivery while monitoring customer metrics for retention strategies
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, overseeing development needs and making significant operational decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or key account management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- 4+ years of management experience in a Director role with global exposure
- Experience in developing and executing customer-centric strategies
- Proven team management experience focused on coaching and mentoring
- Relevant degree or certifications; Master's Degree preferred
