Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish operational objectives and frameworks for the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and develop customer-centric account plans
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote value delivery while monitoring customer metrics for retention strategies
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, overseeing development needs and making significant operational decisions
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or key account management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • 4+ years of management experience in a Director role with global exposure
  • Experience in developing and executing customer-centric strategies
  • Proven team management experience focused on coaching and mentoring
  • Relevant degree or certifications; Master's Degree preferred
