Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish operational objectives and frameworks for the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) while developing customer-centric account plans
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote value delivery by identifying evolving customer needs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the US CSMs, overseeing team development and cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or key account management, with 4+ years in a management role
  • Experience in the Insurance vertical, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven team management experience focused on coaching and mentoring
  • Experience in developing and executing customer-centric strategies
  • Relevant degree or certifications; Master's Degree preferred
