Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Strategy & Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the establishment of a customer success organization, including necessary personnel, processes, and technologies
  • Develop customer health scoring and reporting systems, implementing automation to support these processes
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive customer success outcomes and promote a customer-centric culture across the organization


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences, business, operations, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success leadership or equivalent roles
  • 10+ years of experience in the clinical research or drug development industry, with knowledge of relevant guidelines and methodologies
  • 8+ years of experience in implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications in clinical research or life sciences
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional programs and teams
