Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10-15 years of dealership management experience
- 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Leadership roles
- 5+ years leading high-performing Customer Success teams
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled solutions, platforms, or SaaS products
