Required Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of dealership management experience
  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Leadership roles
  • 5+ years leading high-performing Customer Success teams
  • Strong understanding of technology-enabled solutions, platforms, or SaaS products
