Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead a 3+ year strategy for customer success, focusing on adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Direct financial and strategic performance, ensuring accountability for revenue targets and optimizing resource plans
- Drive a comprehensive adoption strategy and serve as the primary executive escalation point for high-value customer negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
- 10+ years of leadership experience in customer success and account management
- Experience managing a $100M+ book of business and leading large-scale strategic initiatives
- BA/BS degree
- Experience in B2B customer success roles with a strong executive presence
