Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Success Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead a 3+ year strategy for customer success, focusing on adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Direct financial and strategic performance, ensuring accountability for revenue targets and optimizing resource plans
  • Drive a comprehensive adoption strategy and serve as the primary executive escalation point for high-value customer negotiations


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in customer success and account management
  • Experience managing a $100M+ book of business and leading large-scale strategic initiatives
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in B2B customer success roles with a strong executive presence
