Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net revenue retention, expansion, and executive relationship health across the enterprise
  • Oversee delivery of new client onboardings, data-source integrations, and environment provisioning
  • Build and scale tiered support operations for a platform with deep integrations and autonomous workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Significant leadership experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management for enterprise software platforms
  • Comfort with AI/ML-powered products and agent-based architectures
  • Experience managing teams that support complex integrations and enterprise data environments
  • Experience building and managing a multi-function Customer Success organization of 15+ people
  • Proven ability to operate at the CMO/CIO/CISO level in large organizations
