Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Success & Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CSM & Solutions teams for Global 2000 clients and establish AI-powered GTM blueprints
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to align business challenges with technical solutions, ensuring ROI
- Design end-to-end enterprise GTM workflows and direct the technical execution of Proof of Value initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in technical leadership roles with Global 2000 companies
- Strong understanding of P&L statements and GTM workflows
- Deep knowledge of Platform, API, Agents, and Data Orchestration
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- B.S. in Data Science or related field; MBA or TOGAF certification is a plus
