Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Success & Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CSM & Solutions teams for Global 2000 clients and establish AI-powered GTM blueprints
  • Partner with C-suite stakeholders to align business challenges with technical solutions, ensuring ROI
  • Design end-to-end enterprise GTM workflows and direct the technical execution of Proof of Value initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years in technical leadership roles with Global 2000 companies
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements and GTM workflows
  • Deep knowledge of Platform, API, Agents, and Data Orchestration
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
  • B.S. in Data Science or related field; MBA or TOGAF certification is a plus
