Job Summary

Leading the transformation of compliance functions, the full-time Senior Director of Cyber Compliance will define and execute a global cyber compliance program, ensuring alignment with multi-framework regulatory requirements while leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global cyber compliance program, transitioning from reactionary audits to continuous, risk-responsive assurance
• Drive the implementation of AI and automation within the compliance framework, enhancing compliance delivery and reducing manual overhead
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation and develop regulatory gap analysis to ensure proactive engagement with regulatory bodies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, or data operations in global technology environments
• Experience designing and operating multi-framework compliance programs prioritizing risk-based controls
• Hands-on experience with modern GRC platforms at enterprise scale
• Demonstrated success in regulatory engagement and audit management in highly regulated environments
