Senior Director of Cybersecurity Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the Commercial & Regulatory Services function, the full-time Senior Director of Cybersecurity Compliance will manage complex customer cybersecurity contract proposals, monitor global cybersecurity regulations, and act as a liaison across business units to ensure a cohesive enterprise security posture, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and response for complex customer cybersecurity contract proposals, serving as the authoritative voice in negotiations
• Monitor and interpret global cybersecurity regulations into actionable business guidance, designing a regulatory readiness framework
• Act as the HQ liaison for commercial and regulatory matters, harmonizing cybersecurity obligations across business units

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on commercial, regulatory, or policy-facing roles
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity contract negotiations in industrial, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors
• Deep expertise in energy-sector regulatory frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, legal, or related discipline
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed organization
