Senior Director of Data Advisory

Job Summary

Leading a team of experts, the full-time Senior Director of Data Advisory will guide clients in leveraging customer data, analytics, and AI to drive business value, while managing complex consulting engagements and developing strategic roadmaps in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI Advisory engagements from opportunity shaping through to executive readout, building trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Develop and evolve a portfolio of Data & AI Advisory offerings, supporting business development and creating scalable delivery models
• Advise clients on utilizing data as strategic assets, assessing maturity, and developing actionable recommendations for marketing transformation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or professional services focused on data strategy, marketing transformation, or AI
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Proven experience leading client-facing consulting engagements from discovery to implementation planning
• Strong understanding of customer data as a strategic asset in marketing, including identity and personalization
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating executive priorities into clear strategic recommendations
