Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the RWDA Team, focusing on customer engagement and analytics offerings
• Oversee the execution of analytics projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and revenue growth through consultative selling
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation across various functions and with external partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Decision Science, MBA or relevant experience
• Extensive experience in data analytics projects within the biopharma sector
• Proven track record in consultative selling and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of data science, advanced analytics, and AI techniques
• Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams across geographies
