Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide analytics vision and roadmap to support business goals and product development
• Oversee the development of advanced dashboards and reports for ongoing analysis and monitoring
• Conceive and lead ML/AI initiatives that drive customer value and connect to A/B testing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data warehousing
• Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights
• 5+ years of experience using SQL and visualization tools on large data sets
• Highly fluent in emerging AI technologies and an AI-first mindset
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
