Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in data and analytics with progressive responsibility
• Demonstrated experience in analytics, reporting, and data engineering initiatives
• Deep knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or equivalent for data analysis
• Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
