Senior Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data, analytics, and AI vision in alignment with organizational strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing global data and analytics team, ensuring data governance and compliance
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in data management, analytics, or AI, with at least 5 years in senior roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's or PhD preferred
• Proven success in leading enterprise-scale data/analytics transformation and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Experience with cloud data platforms and advanced analytics tools
• Familiarity with modern tools such as Snowflake, DBT, and Power BI is preferred
